2. Terms of Use and Service Conditions

2.1. The service provided is the short-term rental of apartments via the website www.costablancapartments.com.
2.2. Guests can book an apartment directly through the website. The reservation becomes final only after the advance payment is made within the indicated deadline.
2.3. The Provider reserves the right to cancel a booking in justified cases (e.g., force majeure, overbooking), and will notify the Guest without delay.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT and intermediary commissions (if applicable). Final cleaning is not included and may vary by apartment; it must be paid in cash on arrival.
3.2. To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount must be paid — unless the reservation is made within 7 days of arrival, in which case the full amount is due.
3.3. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival, either in cash, via bank transfer, or through online payment (if available).
3.4. A confirmation email with payment details will be sent by the Provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded.
4.2. For cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
4.3. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the full rental amount will be charged.
4.4. Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to the Provider.

5. Use of the Accommodation

5.1. Apartments are available for check-in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
5.2. Apartments are delivered clean and ready for use.
5.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and must cover the cost on site.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. The Provider is not liable for the inability to provide services due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic, strikes, etc.).
6.2. In such cases, the Provider may offer an alternative date or a refund.

7. Complaint Management

7.1. Guests may submit complaints during their stay via email or phone.
7.2. The Provider will investigate complaints as soon as possible and aim to resolve them efficiently.

8. Data Protection

8.1. The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
8.2. Detailed data processing information is available in the Privacy Policy on the website.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These General Terms and Conditions are valid from January 1, 2025, until revoked.
9.2. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the GTC. Any changes will be published on the website.
9.3. For any matters not regulated in this document, Hungarian law, particularly the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code, shall apply.
