How can I make a reservation?
All guests can book through the website by clicking on the available/green icon. After that, the apartment becomes reserved once a 30% deposit is transferred.
From what time can I check into the accommodation?
All our apartments are available from 3 PM. If there was no guest checking out that morning, we can welcome you earlier upon request.
How do I enter the apartment? Who gives me the keys?
We coordinate the exact arrival time 2 days before check-in, and we personally welcome every guest, handing over the keys in person.
Do you provide a baby crib for small children?
Yes, upon prior request, we provide one in the apartment free of charge.
If something breaks or stops working in the apartment, who should I contact?
Always the designated contact person who handed you the keys.
I can’t travel due to illness.
We aim to be understanding — if your trip is cancelled due to illness or an unavoidable situation at least 7 days before arrival, we will refund the amount already paid.
Can I bring a pet with me?
Unfortunately, none of our apartments allow pets, out of consideration for future guests with allergies. Even with thorough cleaning, pet hair may remain, and we want to avoid any inconvenience.
How far is the apartment from the beach?
Distances vary, but none of our apartments are more than a 15-minute walk from the sea.
Is parking available? Is it free or paid?
Some apartments include a private garage for free. Street parking in Torrevieja is also free.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartment? How fast is the connection?
Yes, all our apartments come with free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Are there restaurants or shops nearby?
Yes, plenty! You'll find restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance of all our apartments.
How do I access the apartment? Is a gate code or personal meeting required?
All apartments are handed over in person. We’ll contact you 1–2 days before your arrival to confirm the exact time.
Do the apartments have a washing machine and dryer?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with a washing machine. Some also have a dryer and dishwasher.
What kitchen appliances are included?
All kitchens are fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge, and cooking utensils. Some units also have a dishwasher.
Is there air conditioning or heating?
Yes, all apartments have air conditioning with heating to keep you comfortable in any season.
Do the apartments have a balcony or terrace?
Yes, every apartment includes its own private balcony or terrace.
Are towels and bed linens provided?
Yes, clean towels and bed linens are provided. However, we do not supply beach towels.
Is free cancellation available?
Cancellation policies vary by apartment. Please check the booking terms before finalizing your reservation.
How is payment made?
Via bank transfer to the provided account — safe and secure.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes! We offer discounts for longer bookings. Contact us for a personalized offer.

Check-in: 3:00–10:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM We can adjust times depending on your needs.

There are many beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and excursions nearby. Check the "Attractions" tab on our website for local tips.
How can I get from the airport to the apartment?
You can take a taxi, transfer, or public transport. We also offer private transfer upon request: – Up to 4 people: €50 – Over 4 people: €65 (one way)
Is there car rental nearby?
Yes, several car rental agencies are close by, and we’re happy to help arrange your rental.
Is the neighborhood safe at night?
Yes, all apartments are located in safe and quiet areas.
What cleaning rules apply before check-out?
Please leave the apartment tidy and take the garbage to the bins outside. Final cleaning is included in the stay, and the cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon arrival (amount varies by apartment).
